About the position

H2O Shift ApS is growing and looking for a structured and energetic sales coordinator to support our sales team and ensure we keep track of leads, offers, and follow-ups.

Your tasks

  • Coordination of leads and pipeline in CRM system
  • Preparation and follow-up on proposals
  • Customer communication and meeting booking
  • Support for the sales team and management
  • Reporting and analysis of sales activities

You are

  • Structured and detail-oriented
  • Good at communicating in Danish, both written and verbally
  • Experienced with CRM systems and the Office suite
  • Driven to contribute to a growing team with a clear mission
