About the position

H2O Shift is ready for its next growth phase and is looking for a Sales Manager who can take ownership of the entire sales organization. You will report directly to the executive management and will have significant influence on strategy, processes, and team building.

Your responsibilities

  • Responsibility for sales strategy and planning
  • Management and coaching of the sales team
  • Establishment and maintenance of key customer relationships
  • Market development and identification of new segments
  • Reporting to management and the board
