INCUBA Katrinebjerg is one of the tallest buildings in Aarhus and a vibrant community where startups find space to grow. With over 1200 people daily using the building and a canteen producing food on a large scale, high demands are placed on the technical systems – tenants must be able to rely on everything working. Before installation, frequent pump-outs of the canteen's grease trap were a recurring challenge. Grease, oil, and water did not separate in the trap, which meant pump-outs approximately every three weeks. To solve the problem, four PowerPack units were installed – three at the drains in the canteen kitchen and one directly at the grease trap. Since then, grease, oil, and water separate correctly – pump-outs now only occur quarterly, and daily work has become significantly easier.

At INCUBA, they experienced limescale deposits accumulating in the aerators of the faucets, clogging them – a recurring maintenance problem on all 18 floors of the building. The solution was to install two Power2H2O/Antiscale units in the building's basement, one on the cold water supply in the main building and one on the cold water supply to the neighbouring building. This way, the water is treated centrally before it reaches the taps on all floors, and the problem with clogged aerators has now been solved.
