Treatment of grease, air and water with nature's own forces
Treating grease, air, and water with nature's own forces.
Proven in practice. 15+ years of experience. 5,000+ installations.
As the only ones in the world, we use electrical discharge to treat grease, air, and water.
Not just the symptoms. We stay until it works.
Developed and produced in Denmark according to high Danish quality standards.

The technology
This should have been solved 50 years ago
The way we handle grease, air, and water today is hopelessly outdated. Chemicals, electricity, cumbersome cleaning, and frequent purges have been the standard for decades. It costs money, wears people down, and leaves problems that just keep returning.
We have found a better solution – by looking at nature.
PowerPack is a Danish technology that treats grease, air, and water using discharge. Discharge is not something we invented – it is a process that occurs in nature all the time.
"A cloud consists of droplets of liquid water, which gather due to electrostatic fields. When these fields can no longer hold the water due to changes in temperature and pressure, rain falls from the cloud, and the water droplets discharge the difference in static electricity between the ground and the cloud. The charge on an individual water droplet is not large, but if the electrostatic difference between the cloud and the ground is too great, we get a gigantic collective lightning discharge. This ionizes the oxygen in the air into ozone."

– Michael Bache, Chemical Engineer, Senior Researcher & PhD
It is the discharge process that makes the air after a thunderstorm feel so clean and easy to breathe. When a stream of water tumbles over stones in a brook, the same thing happens. The water releases its tension, minerals adhere less, and the water stays clearer.
Nature has always known it. We've just taken too long to listen.
PowerPack recreates precisely this process where it is needed. The technology works solely by the natural flow of water and air. No added power, no added chemicals, nothing to maintain.
The explanation is simple. The hydrogen bonds in water act like wallpaper paste between the molecules. They hold them together and cause limescale, grease, and biofilm to stick to surfaces. PowerPack discharges these bonds, releasing the molecules. Active, free water is more easily converted into gas and detaches from the surface. That is why ventilation ducts become dry instead of greasy. That is why limescale settles more as powder than stone. And that is why biofilm has more difficulty forming the film it lives behind.
The result is lower operating costs, reduced fire risk, and improved operation, working environment, and climate footprint. And we have documented this over 15 years and more than 5000 installations.

"Nature shows us there's a better way. With PowerPack technology, I wanted to go back to nature and do as it does. Why reinvent the wheel when nature has already done it?"

Grease treatment
Grease has no place in operations
In professional kitchens, grease is a constant battle. It settles in extractor hoods, ventilation ducts, and cross-flow heat exchangers, builds up in drains and grease traps, and creates fire hazards, odor nuisances, and never-ending cleaning tasks.
PowerPack alters the ability of grease to bind. What normally accumulates as a sticky mass dries into fine dust that is blown through or wiped off with lukewarm water. This way, ventilation ducts remain clean, and cleaning time, odor nuisances, and fire risk are significantly reduced.
The regulatory requirement for grease separators is a maximum of 50 mg of grease per liter. Traditional grease separators typically cannot reach below 70, leading to frequent emptying. PowerPack brings the content below the requirement, reducing emptying frequency and eliminating the risk of regulatory injunctions.
SOLUTIONS FOR GREASE TREATMENT

Air Treatment
Good air is about balance
In large rooms, warm air rises to the ceiling, and cold air sinks to the floor. This leads to uneven temperatures, higher energy consumption, and a difficult working environment. Dust swirls around and ends up in ventilation ducts. Moisture creates condensation and a breeding ground for mold.
With PowerPack technology, the natural balance is restored without mechanical circulation. By equalizing the voltage differences in the room, air is distributed more uniformly from floor to ceiling. Dust loses its charge and falls to the floor more easily instead of circulating in the system. Condensation and mold are significantly reduced. Electricity consumption for ventilation decreases, and in many cases, mechanical fans can be turned off or their operating time significantly reduced.

Water treatment
Clean water is good business
Limescale settles like stone in pipes and heat exchangers. Biofilm grows hidden behind surfaces and promotes bacteria such as Legionella. Both reduce efficiency, increase energy consumption, and wear out installations.
PowerPack discharges the water's tension and frees the molecules without changing its chemical content. The active, free water has a lower surface tension, which means that scale can no longer bind as hard stones but is transformed into fine dust and washed away. Biofilm cannot build the protective membrane it lives behind. And the water becomes less reactive towards pipes and systems, which counteracts corrosion and extends their lifespan. The need for periodic cleaning and chemicals disappears.
